Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and develop negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Basic understanding of the sales process and customer service principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Support the sales team in acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and product presentations to understand customer requirements.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, contractors, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business development efforts.
• Meet assigned sales targets and continuously work on improving sales and communication skills.
