Job Description

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and approach potential clients, including hotels, resorts, hospitality companies, and other related businesses.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Communicate with procurement teams, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers within hotels and hospitality businesses.
• Present and promote the company’s products and solutions to potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and initial contact to closing the deal.
• Conduct client visits and meetings when required.
• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and opportunities through CRM or other company systems.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on sales performance and market activities.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent the company professionally and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales.

Experience in B2B sales is preferred.

Experience in selling hotel supplies, hospitality products, or related products is highly preferred.

Experience dealing with hotels, resorts, hospitality companies, or procurement departments is a strong advantage.
