Sales OfficerPiramal Pharma Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Officer to drive pharmaceutical product sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets within a designated territory.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Achieve individual and team sales targets for assigned pharmaceutical products.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
* Conduct regular field visits to promote products, provide product information, and address customer queries.
* Implement sales and marketing strategies effectively to maximize market penetration.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and expense reports in a timely manner.
* Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and product launches as required.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and sales techniques.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
