(Key Responsibilities)

As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving Nestlé’s business outcomes in your assigned territory by efficiently managing distribution, sales processes, and trade relationships. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring product availability across all relevant channels.
  • Planning and achieving monthly and yearly sales targets, including setting targets for each distributor.
  • Monitoring distributor overhead expenses and profitability (ROI).
  • Managing distribution setup and leading secondary sales force deployment.
  • Implementing trade and consumer activations, merchandising and visibility programs.
  • Ensuring distributor compliance with company‑defined roles, processes and responsibilities.
  • Ensuring accurate execution of sales, discount and trading terms.
  • Training and developing the secondary sales force.
  • Conducting performance evaluations of secondary sales personnel.
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills, analytical thinking, flexibility, resourcefulness, innovativeness, poise, and confidence.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 1–5 years of field sales experience in FMCG/FMCD
  • Strong understanding of channel sales and distribution management
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong trade and distributor relationships
  • Proven experience in achieving business targets and driving execution
  • Good command over communication, analytics and problem-solving
  • Ability to lead and motivate secondary sales teams in dynamic environments
