As our Sales Officer, your role is to drive revenue while building strong, trust-based relationships with farmers and partners. You will execute sales strategies, ensure product accessibility, and represent Babban Gona in the communities we serve.

You will:


  • Drive sales of products and services to clients and partners across assigned territories.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.


  • Identify new market opportunities and expand customer reach.


  • Educate farmers on product benefits and usage to ensure maximum value.


  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports and insights.


  • Gather market feedback to inform product improvement and business strategy.


  • Ensure excellent customer experience and timely resolution of issues.

- We are managing over 100,000 metric tons in storage capacity

- We have cultivated over 200,000 hectares sustainably
