المتطلبات الأساسية:

• خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو خدمة العملاء تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• مهارات جيدة في التواصل والإقناع والتفاوض.
• القدرة على استقبال العملاء وفهم احتياجاتهم واقتراح المنتجات المناسبة.
• مظهر لائق وأسلوب مهني ولبق في التعامل.
• القدرة على استخدام الهاتف وواتساب وتسجيل الملاحظات والمتابعات بشكل بسيط ومنظم.
• المعرفة بالأقمشة أو المنتجات النسيجية تعتبر ميزة قوية.
• القدرة على العمل وفق أهداف ومؤشرات مبيعات.
• لا يشترط اختصاص دراسي أو شهادة جامعية محددة.
• القدرة على التنقل وتنفيذ الزيارات الميدانية عند الحاجة.

الوصف الوظيفي:

• استقبال العملاء داخل المكتب والتعامل معهم بأسلوب مهني ولبق.
• عرض المنتجات النسيجية وشرح المواصفات والخيارات المتاحة.
• فهم احتياجات العملاء واقتراح المنتجات المناسبة لهم.
• متابعة العملاء عبر الهاتف ووسائل التواصل.
• تنفيذ زيارات ميدانية للعملاء الحاليين والمحتملين عند الحاجة.
• بناء علاقات جيدة وطويلة الأمد مع العملاء.
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات والمتابعة الدورية للفرص البيعية.
• تنسيق الطلبات مع الإدارة أو الأقسام المعنية لضمان خدمة العملاء بشكل مناسب.

Basic Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to welcome clients, understand their needs, and suggest suitable products.
• Presentable appearance with a polite and professional attitude.
• Ability to use phone calls, WhatsApp, and keep simple notes and follow-up records.
• Knowledge of fabrics or textile products is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work according to sales targets and indicators.
• No specific educational field or university degree is required.
• Ability to move around and conduct field visits when needed.
