Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator in our Doveroffice. The salary package on offer is up to £30,00 OTE.

Let’s talk about the Sales Negotiator role. It involves:

  • Registering clients, booking and attending viewings and securing valuations along with Financial Services referrals.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients and buyers.
  • Conducting property viewings and providing detailed information to potential buyers.
  • Negotiating offers and close sales to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Providing accurate and timely feedback to clients.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the local property market and industry trends.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Having drive, determination, and motivation to exceed targets set and contribute to team success.
