We’re looking for a driven, confident Sales Negotiator to join our busy Chertsey office.

Key Responsibilities

• Register and qualify potential buyers

• Arrange and conduct property viewings

• Book market appraisals and support the sales pipeline

• Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

• Maintain accurate records and follow compliance procedures

About You

• Confident, well-spoken, and comfortable dealing with people

• Target-driven with a positive, proactive attitude

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• A desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-moving environment

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own car

• Previous experience in property or sales is beneficial but not essential
