Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 38.75 hours, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 5.30pm, early finish on a Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, plus alternate Saturdays 9.30am to 1.00pm. On Target Earnings of £25,000 to £30,000.
Let's talk about the role. It involves
1) Proactively responding to all enquiries face to face, over the telephone and electronically, making appointments and meeting sales targets.
2) Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with all parties.
3) Encouraging potential buyers to have a valuation and to use the Company's services to sell their property and arrange their next mortgage.
4) Maintaining regular contact with buyers and obtaining feedback following viewings.

3)The ability to build and maintain strong and honest relationships with existing and new clients.

5)Experience in property is preferable however demonstrating transferable skills will be considered.
