Let's talk about the role. It involves:

• Active participation and vigilance regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets.
• Regularly maintaining contact with sellers and buyers on a weekly basis to ensure their needs are met.
• Facilitating communication among solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendors, and purchasers.
• Thoroughly verifying the transaction chain and adeptly resolving any issues that may arise.
• Diligently advancing sales processes to achieve successful completion.
