About the job

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee product display in every store, ensuring optimal stock availability, updating promotion programs, and generating suggestions for store activation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for visual merchandising, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with various teams.

1. Regularly visit stores to assess display layouts, making adjustments as necessary to enhance product presentation and brand visibility.
2. Develop and implement strategies for effective product placement and display in retail stores to maximize visibility and sales
3. Collaborate with store managers to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards for product display
4. Monitor inventory levels across stores and coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock
5. Analyze sales data to forecast demand and make recommendations for stock allocation to different stores
6. Update promotional materials and signage in stores in alignment with ongoing marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions
7. Generate creative ideas and proposals for store activation events and initiatives to drive foot traffic and increase sales

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven 2 years experience in retail merchandising
3. Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail operations
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends
5. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
