CGL – Retail Services represents two of Australia's most respected retail marketing businesses, Creative Activation and Clemenger Field Marketing We partner with leading brands and retailers to drive sales, improve customer experiences, and deliver exceptional in-store execution through merchandising, sales teams, brand activations, training, mystery shopping, and audit services.

About the Opportunity

We are keen to get an awesome new team member onboard to work as a full time Sales Merchandiser.

Our client, Procter & Gamble, is an FMCG leader and provider of world class brands that can be found across the globe, used by more than 8 billion people. Working Monday - Friday (38 hours per week) across the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West You will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance through store ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below:

• Selling in core and NPD products
• Negotiation of greater shelf space with managers to leverage market share
• Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity
• Driving sales results
• Develop strong store relationships
• New line pre-sell and building of range distribution
• Implementation of product layouts
• Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity

Key selection criteria:

• Previous experience in Sales based role in Retail, FMCG or Merchandising.
• Previous experience in pharmacy highly regarded
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude
• Able to work autonomously
• Valid driver licence and reliable car
