Anderson Erickson Dairy (AED) is Iowa’s oldest and largest family-owned Dairy. We have been providing the best dairy products in the industry for nearly a century. General responsibilities include the following:

• Collaborate with our Corporate Sales Team to establish strategic growth in the Waterloo regional market.
• Collaborate very closely with our Sales/ Marketing and Distribution leadership to ensure that our customers achieve 100% satisfaction.
• Customer focused- must be able to maintain and develop strong relationships with our customer base.
• Promote our brand in a professional manner.
• Must be able to work an occasional Saturday or Sunday- if needed, to meet critical customer need(s).

Required skills and experience:

• Must present themselves in a professional manner.
• Must possess excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.
• Strong in-person presentation skills.
• Strong ability to perform both “cold calls” or direct sales leads.
• Strong understanding of pricing structures and mathematics.
• Strong organization skills and detail oriented.
• Excellent time management.
• Strong computer skills- Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point.
• Strong analyzation skills.
• Excellent conflict resolution skills.
• Strong ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Pre-Requisites for Candidate Consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or related field is PREFERRED. We will consider demonstrated professional work experience in lieu of education.
• Prior experience is the grocery or food/ beverage distribution preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
