Job Description

Role Summary

Bowtie is Hong Kong's first virtual insurer, and we've been rethinking what health protection looks like for customers since day one. Through Bowtie & JP Health, we're going further: making preventive care, vaccinations, and health check-ups simple to book and easy to understand, for individuals and companies alike.

Demand is growing fast. Every day, customers message us asking which package suits them, companies ask for quotes for their teams, and campaigns go out to thousands of people. We need someone who can turn those conversations into bookings, and do it in a way that genuinely helps people make the right choice for their health.

This is a role for someone who loves talking to customers, gets a buzz from closing, and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll own the front of the funnel for our Health business and see the direct impact of your work in bookings and revenue every week.

About the Role

You'll be the first point of contact for health enquiries and corporate requests, and the person who keeps our recurring health campaigns running smoothly. You'll work closely with our clinic, clinical, compliance, and marketing teams to make sure every customer gets a fast, accurate, and helpful experience from first message to booking.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  1. Turn enquiries into bookings
  • Own all inbound sales enquiries on WhatsApp (via SleekFlow), replying quickly and accurately across a high volume of chats
  • Understand what each customer needs and recommend the right package or add-on, without pushing
  • Improve enquiry-to-booking conversion by spotting patterns in what customers ask and where they drop off
  • Contribute to new customer guidance initiatives as our health services grow 🔒
  1. Be the go-to for corporate requests
  • Act as first point of contact for corporate health requests, from first enquiry to confirmed booking
  • Prepare and send accurate quotations promptly, coordinating pricing and logistics with the clinic team
  • Represent Bowtie & JP Health at corporate outreach and health events
  1. Run health campaigns end to end
  • Execute recurring health campaigns through our CRM process: audience lists, scheduling, and pre-launch checks
  • Catch errors in lists, prices, and copy before anything goes out
  • Write campaign content in English and 繁體中文 from briefs
  • Keep an up-to-date content calendar so every send goes out on schedule
  1. Report on what's working
  • Pull and summarise campaign performance each month: opens, clicks, bookings, and revenue
  • Share insights that help the team decide what to run next

You are expected to consistently uphold Bowtie's commitment to fair treatment of clients, ensuring that all client interactions, solutions, and recommendations are appropriate, transparent, and aligned to clients' needs and best interests.

About you

Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing execution
  • Experience in a clinic, healthcare, or insurance service setting is a strong plus
  • Proven consultative selling skills: you find out what the customer needs and match them to the right option
  • Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business, SleekFlow, or similar messaging platforms, and EDM tools
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets; able to pull and summarise campaign numbers
  • Strong written copywriting skills in both English and 繁體中文

The Person

  • You treat targets as your own and follow through without being chased
  • You recommend what genuinely helps the customer, not just what sells
  • You're fast and accurate, even when the chats are piling up
  • You notice the wrong price or the typo before anyone else does
  • You can juggle several campaigns, events, and quotes at once and still hit every deadline
  • You over-communicate, and you're good at getting busy teams to deliver on time

Language

  • Fluent Cantonese, with strong written English and 繁體中文
  • Mandarin is a plus

We Offer

Apart from a great career path and an opportunity to do good and do well, we also offer:

  • Competitive package
  • Flexible work arrangement
  • Benefits include medical/ dental coverage and wellness programs
  • Employee discounts
  • Fun, co-operative, and flexible startup culture
  • Weekly sharing sessions and regular social gatherings
  • Excellent learning opportunities with Professional Development Sponsorship
