Channel management:

  • Volume and Market share target achievement for assigned dealer.
  • Define dealership manpower structure & identify development plan for team.
  • Manage key customers from assigned region to generate regular business for DICV.
  • Implement BharatBenz sales processes at dealership.

Business Planning:

  • Formulate & execute activities to agreed budget & timescales.
  • Develop and present business plans for the zone to management.

Business Intelligence & Report Generation:

  • Document and provide regular updates to management on implementation of sales plan. Prepare weekly & monthly MIS updates.
  • Map competition actions & propose counter strategies.
