ServiceMaster of Nampa is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our business throughout the Treasure Valley.

This is a hands-on business development position focused on getting out into the community, meeting people, and building relationships with businesses and professionals who can refer customers to ServiceMaster. Our primary referral partners include insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, real estate professionals, contractors, and other local businesses.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is comfortable starting conversations, and understands that great sales come from building strong, long-term relationships.

What You'll Do

• Develop new referral relationships throughout the Treasure Valley
• Visit insurance agencies, property management companies, plumbing companies, real estate offices, and other local businesses
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral partners
• Make regular in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Educate referral partners about ServiceMaster's water, fire, mold, and restoration services
• Identify new opportunities and potential referral sources
• Attend networking events, trade shows, association meetings, and community events
• Help coordinate marketing and customer-appreciation events
• Assist with social media and other local marketing efforts
• Track contacts, referrals, follow-ups, and sales activities
• Work with management to develop new ideas for generating business
• Represent ServiceMaster professionally throughout the community

What We're Looking For

• Sales, marketing, business development, or customer service experience preferred
• Restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or related industry experience is a plus
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable approaching and introducing yourself to new people
• Self-motivated and able to manage your daily schedule
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Professional appearance and communication
• Basic computer and social media skills
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel throughout the Treasure Valley during the workday

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
