Job Description


  • Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth:

    Formulate and execute comprehensive sales and marketing roadmaps to accelerate market share across upstream wood panels, surface materials, and construction contracting portfolios.


  • Key Account & Developer Relations:

    Cultivate and defend high-value relationships with tier-1 developers, main contractors, interior design firms, and industrial furniture manufacturers to secure long-term supply specs.


  • Integrated Marketing & Brand Elevation:

    Oversee omni-channel marketing campaigns, product launches, and trade exhibitions to elevate corporate brand visibility, ensuring high-quality B2B lead generation.


  • Market Intelligence & P&L Oversight:

    Monitor shifting industrial material trends, competitor movements, and pricing fluctuations to maintain optimized commercial margins and healthy cash flow collections.


  • Requirements


  • Education:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related commercial discipline.


  • Professional Experience:

    Minimum 2-3 years of proven B2B sales and marketing experience.


  • Industry Domain Expertise:

    Prior experience within building materials, timber/plywood wholesale, architectural surfaces, flooring, or the broader construction/interior fit-out sector is highly advantageous.


  • Competencies:

    Exceptional corporate negotiation skills, strong structural/technical product appreciation, and a track record of successfully managing sales targets exceeding multi-million ringgit quotas.


  • Language Proficiency:

    Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (the ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin to manage regional upstream manufacturing partners is a significant asset).
