The company is part of CCM, a France-based company, specializing in the import, assembly, and commercialization of tricycles. We are currently seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our sales strategy and oversee marketing initiatives. This key role aims to strengthen our existing team and significantly boost sales activity while enhancings market presence.

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target potential customers.
  • Lead marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve objectives, promoting a high-performance culture.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback for growth opportunities.
  • Provide monthly reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and market insights to management.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales of rolling equipment (e.g., tricycles, motorcycles, cars, carts). Experience in unrelated sectors (e.g., food, cosmetics) will not be considered.
  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Mandarin is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Maps, and email communication.
  • Extensive professional network within the relevant industry for relationship-building.
  • Honest, organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
