Position
La Crosse Milling Company is a trusted leader in premium oat and grain ingredients. We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives, strengthen customer partnerships, and expand our market presence. This remote-based position offers home-office flexibility with regular travel to customers, trade shows, and occasional visits to headquarters. You will strike a balance between hunting for new business and nurturing our long-standing partnerships. You are not just selling a product; you are providing ingredient solutions to some of the biggest names in the food industry.Key Responsibilities

Paid Travel & Mileage Reimbursement
This position includes paid travel time for business-related travel, along with mileage reimbursement for authorized use of a personal vehicle at the current IRS mileage rate. Travel may include customer visits, business development meetings, networking events, community involvement, training, and other sales and marketing activities. Approved travel-related expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with Company policy.
Compensation
Starting Salary:$70,000+ commensurate with experience
