Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities/new leads to drive growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. A minimum of 8 years in similar positions required.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Experience in related service industries(hospitality/retail or other service sectors) is a plus .
• Excellent communication,and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
