Sales & Marketing Manager

In Shanghai, China

YOUR TASKS:

Take your chance to develop your career in Shanghai, China. Be a part of the local sales team and explore the Chinese market for our Business Unit Refractory Metals and expand our local market share.

• Achieve sales goals for BD Refractory Metals in the Chinese market.
• Coordinate with regional sales teams for marketing, lead generation, and product development.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, and other departments to drive business growth.
• Manage pricing strategies and monitor market trends and competitors.
• Support strategic key accounts and provide training on products, technologies, and markets.

YOUR PROFIL:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in materials, electronics, mechanical engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in Sales & Marketing Management with strong industry knowledge.
• Proven ability to independently develop customer resources and achieve annual sales.
• Strong skills in market analysis, promotion, communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
• Fluent in English with excellent project management and negotiation skills.
