We engage our Caring Professionals in quarterly free wellness trainings called “Care for the Caregivers”. These trainings offer amazing techniques for stress relief with mindfulness training, acupuncture and self hypnotherapy and meditation practices. We at Peggy’s Home Care Monterey CA believe that these specialized techniques allow Caring Professionals to offer the highest quality of service because they are actually coming for themselves as well as caring for others.
