Job Description

Exeevo is an AI-driven CRM Solutions provider, covering Omnichannel capabilities, for end-to-end Medical Affairs and Commercial Operations - medical & commercial (firewalled), field and remote meetings, approved email and marketing journeys, consent management, content management, events management and more.

Ask Nova (our CRM companion) enables field users to save significant amounts of administration time (in call prep, reporting & follow-ups), improve KPIs, reach more HCPs and build stronger, trust-based relationships.

Requirements

The Sales & Marketing intern will support Exeevo’s Sales Directors with day-to-day sales and marketing activities. The role involves market analysis, desk research, inbound lead management, sales coordination, CRM administration (Microsoft Dynamics), and conference/event logistics This position plays a key role in enabling efficient sales execution and driving new customer engagement.

Experience Range : MBA freshers / 0-1 year experience

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Monitor inbound lead channels and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
  • Schedule and coordinate customer meetings, including preparation support
  • Conduct supervised outbound email sales prospecting campaigns
  • Assist in the creation and customization of sales presentations and customer proposals
  • Support sales teams during meetings, demos, and follow-ups

Sales Administration

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Manage customer administration tasks and data quality
  • Support coordination and preparation of RFI/RFP responses
  • Ensure smooth internal communication and tracking of sales activities

Lead Generation & Market Research

  • Conduct desk research to identify potential customers, key contacts, and buying signals
  • Use online tools and databases for outbound sales prospecting
  • Support pipeline development through targeted research insights

Marketing & Outreach Support

  • Support and supervise email campaigns for new customer outreach
  • Assist with conference and event logistics, including registrations, coordination, and LinkedIn posts from the company account - and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach efforts with sales objectives

Note : Candidate must be ready to work aligned with UK timings
