Our client is a leading provider of advanced cutting-edge semiconductor process tools and platform solutions, including EFEM, End Effectors, and Loadports. They specialize in engineering software solutions, automation, and offer global engineering resources through their Global Capability Center. Serving the semiconductor industry, they deliver innovative solutions that drive efficiency and support the growth of the clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage existing customer accounts across global markets, including the US, Europe, Singapore, and China.
  • Understand customer product roadmaps and provide value-added technical solutions in collaboration with Engineering, R&D, Mechanical and Electrical teams.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiation, closing and post-sales follow-up.
  • Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, prepare business plans, pricing strategies and sales forecasts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare technical presentations and communicate customer requirements and market feedback to management while maintaining strict confidentiality and IP protection.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 3–5 years of Sales / Business Development experience in semiconductor, aerospace, precision manufacturing or related industries.
  • Strong technical understanding with the ability to interpret specifications and present engineering solutions to customers.
  • Good skills in CRM, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including data analysis and financial modelling.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, market research and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and senior-level decision makers.
  • Knowledge of international markets and business cultures, particularly the US and China, is an advantage.
