The Opportunity

Newly created opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Surgery, Electrophysiology and Aesthetics commercial teams in delivering impactful sales and marketing initiatives across New Zealand. Based in Auckland, this role will play a critical part in enabling the execution of business strategies by providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to Marketing and Sales teams. You will work closely across functions to ensure seamless delivery of materials, events, and processes that support customer engagement and business performance.

About You

  • Degree qualified and previous experience in coordination, administration, marketing and/or events within medical devices or pharmaceutical setting is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong administrative, planning and organisational abilities
  • Excellent project management and prioritisation skills, along with a high attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player, who is results and solutions focused
  • Proactive and flexible, with excellent communication skills
