The key responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
Sales & Marketing support
Coordinates in the implementation and distribution of promotional and customer support materialbyprovidinga database of all relevant reprints for distribution
Manages Marketing collateral & inventory through monitoring and reporting working closely marketing
Manages sample/demo inventory, tracks movement, and ensures compliance
Creation of POs, RFPs, usingeMARKETPLACEorother systems
Creates and edits suppliers in systems like APEX; managing vendor relationships
Support in organization of events, congresses, and trainings; supportinglogisticsand documentationto support trade Markets team and distributors
Industry meetings, advisory boards & sales meetings
Coordination and management of Industry events i.e., Symposiums and Congresses
Communication with all parties involved and ensure all matters relating to the successful execution of events is carried out with regards tologistics, travel and HCC required documentation
Identification of venues, management accommodation and itineraries and communication with CEE Marketing team and Field Force asappropriatesupportingdistributors
Compliance
Submits HCC requests, obtaining approvals and archives contracts
Ownership of Records Information Management and ICD
Compliance Management
Complete annual HCC, Code of Conduct, Business Conduct training requirements

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
Kč704,000.00 - Kč1,135,050.00
