Job Description

Essential Duties/Major Responsibilities:

1. Enter Release information into GOLD per customer instruction
2. Enter Work Orders into GOLD and JDE per customers specification; includes special inspection requirements and billing instructions
3. Quote inspection pricing as needed using customer’s contract or approved pricing matrix
4. Coordinate with Operations and Third-Party Monitors (as required) to schedule inspection dates/times.
5. Maintain customer’s inventory in GOLD per their specifications
6. Research inventory, shipping & receiving records as requested
7. Provide inspection, shipping, receiving reports to customers
8. Source and purchase services/accessories as needed
9. On-call responsibilities
10. Participate in biweekly sales meetings.
11. Enter sale opportunities into CRM.
12. Communicate with Inspection Facilities to define best possible lead time for customer.
13. Work with operations and outside sales to reduce account receivables monthly
14. Define customer activity level and gather market information
15. Upload all appropriate documents to OnBase
16. Align customer needs with a Tuboscope product or service, create the opportunity to upsell the customer
17. Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

1. High School Diploma plus 3 to 5 years oil and gas industry experience
2. Knowledgeable computer skills in all windows-based systems (excel & word)
3. Individual must possess STRONG communication and time management skills.
4. Display excellent organization skills
