About the Opportunity:

You will play a pivotal role in promoting our spa's exceptional services and facilities to a discerning female clientele. As a bilingual candidate, you will be instrumental in crafting targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with our local and international audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales for the Ladies Spa.

• Manage the spa's social media presence, creating engaging content and building a strong online following.

• Collaborate with the Spa Manager and other departments to develop and promote special spa packages and promotions.

• Conduct market research to identify trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and travel agents.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the spa's unique offerings and benefits.

• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend adjustments for optimal results.

• Manage the spa's sales budget and contribute to achieving revenue targets.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all spa inquiries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales and marketing role within the spa and wellness industry (experience in the hospitality sector a plus).

• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive sales.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Creativity and a passion for developing innovative marketing initiatives.

• Proficiency in social media marketing and content creation.

• Fluency in English and Arabic languages (mandatory).

• A strong understanding of the luxury spa & wellness market in Kuwait.
