The opportunity…

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join the Gastroenterology division at Device Technologies. This role offers a chance to contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering quality healthcare solutions.

This is a hybrid role based at our Belrose office. You will be expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week, with flexibility for remote work on other days.

Key responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain various reports and disseminate them to sales and management teams on a regular basis.
  • Manage Stock Consignment
  • Assist the sales team
  • Open Order Report – identify any stock outages, pricing discrepancies, orders that need to be pushed through or rejected
  • Assist and guide Customer Service with problem solving sales orders, incorrect codes or pricing, back orders, credits and GRAs
  • Assist the Business Unit with internal processes such as QF forms, product code creation (MDG process), New Product Pathway (NPP) Process and hierarchies when required
  • Assist warehouse when required for landing urgent stock
  • Marketing – liaising with the MAD team for all requirements including, but not limited to, brochures, business cards, social media requests, conference planning, Device Online (DO)
  • Assist with general logistics pertaining to principal visits, internal and external training, and travel, if required
  • Assist with general logistical pertaining to product training both in-house and external. Coordinate travel arrangements for the Sales team
  • Assist Business Unit and Tenders and Pricing team with applicable tenders, maintain tender data
  • Assist with other duties as required

Experience required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in Sales and Marketing support or a similar role
  • Experience working with business systems, including SAP
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience with MS Excel or similar
  • Ability to manage work priorities and able to demonstrate good time management skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
