My name is Bobby Burnett, and I am the Director of Refrigeration Sales at Tropic Supply, where I specialize in training, empowering and supporting our Refrigeration sales and support teams. I know the challenges that poor communication with supervisors can create so I strive to always be available to talk, visit and support my team. One of my favorite parts of my job is brainstorming with our team the potential solutions that we can offer to customers to grow our business.
