✨ Develop and execute sales plans for GNSS and surveying product portfolio in Germany
✨ Identify potential customers, distributors, and channel partners
✨ Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and local partners
✨ Conduct market research, competitor tracking, and prepare sales reports
✨ Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demos and pre-sales support
✨ Achieve annual sales and growth targets
✨ German national, fluent in German & English
✨ 3–5 years of experience in surveying, GNSS, or construction equipment sales
✨ Strong network within geospatial, surveying, or construction industries
✨ Proactive, results-driven, and highly persuasive with strong negotiation skills
✨ Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel frequently across Germany
