It offers various financial services digitally including but not limited to Personal Loans, Business Loans, DigiGold investment, Insurance, Credit Score Report, and Expense Tracker. The group entity has an in-house RBI registered NBFC, and is currently Series-D funded with marquee investors like Premji Invest, Advent International, Motilal Oswal Private Equity, MUFG and TPG-backed NewQuest, among others.

Reporting to: Sales Head

Location: Ahmedabad / Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Drive new business acquisition through the open market.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA) in the market.
• Efficiently manage existing DSAs and onboard new DSAs as per business requirements.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Possess local market knowledge and proficiency in the local language is advantageous.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on DSA management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven track record in sales, particularly in the unsecured loan segment.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is preferred.
