We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead Telecom Infrastructure Solutions sales across CIS countries. In this role, you will analyze market trends, develop and execute market strategies, and collaborate closely with Delta’s internal stakeholders, driving business success and sustainable growth.

  • Develop and implement an effective sub-regional sales strategy, with a clear vision and actionable plans for short-, mid-, and long-term goals.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with customers, partners, end operators, and key suppliers, while strengthening existing accounts and developing new business opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ businesses, needs, and requirements.
  • Hold full responsibility for P&L performance within the assigned area.
  • Lead and manage the team to higher levels of sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Master´s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in Telecom, Data Centers, or industrial sectors, with a proven track record in sales and leadership.
  • Proven experience in managing sales across multiple countries.
  • Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset.
  • Deep market and industry knowledge, including key technologies (e.g., AI, ORAN).
  • Entrepreneurial and customer-focused, with strong execution skills, strategic partnership building, and a drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
