Sales Manager

to take the helm of a dynamic sales team, drive aggressive market expansion, and shape the company's strategic growth.

What You’ll Achieve (Your Impact):


  • Drive Revenue Growth:

    Architect and execute high-impact sales strategies that consistently smash revenue targets and capture new market share.


  • Empower High-Performing Teams:

    Mentor, manage, and inspire a dedicated sales squad. You’ll arm them with the right tools, training, and motivation to do their best work.


  • Build Lasting Partnerships:

    Act as the executive face for key accounts, attending crucial meetings to ensure top-tier client satisfaction and long-term retention.


  • Champion Operational Excellence:

    Streamline sales processes, ensure accurate forecasting/budgeting, and track performance metrics to keep the team operating at peak efficiency.


  • Market Intelligence & Collaboration:

    Keep a pulse on competitor moves and market trends to pivot strategies. You'll partner closely with internal tech and operations teams to guarantee seamless delivery of solutions to your clients.


Requirements


Who You Are (Requirements):


  • The Experience:

    5 to 7 years in B2B sales, with at least
    2 to 3 years directly managing or leading

    a sales team.
    (Experience in the technology, SaaS, or software solutions space is highly preferred!)


  • The Track Record:

    A proven history of not just meeting, but actively exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.


  • The Skills:

    Exceptional communicator and negotiator. You have an analytical mindset, love diving into data to solve problems, and are highly proficient with modern sales tools and Microsoft Office.


  • The Education:

    A Degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field.


  • The Mindset:

    An independent self-starter who also knows how to collaborate and elevate everyone in the room.
