Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial development of Reefer, OOG, and Breakbulk products within assigned market segments.
  • Manage and grow a diverse customer portfolio by offering value‑driven and technically sound logistic solutions.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitors, and customer needs to shape pricing strategies and commercial actions.
  • Prepare and negotiate quotations, ensuring profitability, accuracy, and compliance with operational requirements.
  • Work closely with trade, pricing, equipment, and operations teams to deliver seamless end‑to‑end service.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers regarding special equipment, handling requirements, and feasibility.
  • Analyze performance KPIs and deliver clear, timely reporting to management.
  • Represent CMA CGM at customer visits, business reviews, industry events, and commercial initiatives.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Reefer or Special Cargo sales, preferably within a global shipping line or logistics provider.
  • Strong understanding of OOG & Breakbulk requirements, specialized equipment, and operational constraints.
  • Proven commercial acumen with a track record of managing strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM or sales automation tools preferred.
  • A proactive, analytical, and solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (part of the interview will be conducted in English)
