We are looking for a Sales Manager for Southeast Asia to lead and scale our regional sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and coaching sales representatives, and building a predictable and scalable sales engine for the region.

You will work closely with marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams to ensure strong pipeline generation, efficient deal execution, and successful customer onboarding.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building and leading teams, improving sales processes, and scaling SaaS revenue in high-growth markets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives across Southeast Asia
  • Set clear performance goals and drive accountability within the team
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, deal strategy discussions, and performance coaching
  • Hire and onboard new sales talent as the team scales

Revenue & Pipeline Management

  • Own the regional revenue targets and ensure consistent attainment
  • Monitor pipeline health and conversion metrics to ensure predictable revenue
  • Forecast revenue accurately and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Identify risks and implement strategies to improve pipeline coverage and deal velocity

Sales Execution & Strategy

  • Support the team in progressing complex deals and key accounts
  • Develop scalable sales playbooks and best practices
  • Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and win rates
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM and sales tools for pipeline visibility

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to ensure strong pipeline generation
  • Partner with the partnerships team to support partner-led opportunities
  • Collaborate with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding and expansion

Market Expansion

  • Identify growth opportunities across Southeast Asia
  • Provide feedback to product and leadership on market needs and customer insights
  • Contribute to the regional go-to-market strategy

Requirements

    • 6–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
    • 2–4 years of experience managing and scaling sales teams
    • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
    • Experience hiring, coaching, and building high-performing sales teams
    • Strong ability to manage pipeline and forecast revenue accurately
    • Data-driven approach to sales performance and process improvement
    • Experience selling into Southeast Asia markets with familiarity across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, or Vietnam
    • Strong strategic thinking, execution, and leadership skills
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

    • Experience selling customer engagement platforms, messaging platforms, CRM, or marketing automation tools
    • Experience with product-led SaaS businesses
    • Existing network with agencies, partners, or SMB ecosystems in Southeast Asia
