Agfa Radiology Solutions is currently looking for a Sales Manager – South Vietnam

In this role you will be responsible for supporting the distributors in South Vietnam and take care of key accounts. You will execute the sales strategies and drive the CR & DR business for South Vietnam market. Our Sales Manager builds the Governmental market segment. The role demands effort in regards to managing key customers/distribution channels and corporate clients in Vietnam. You will execute and implement sales initiatives such that Agfa Radiology Solutions business revenue and profitability goals are met or exceeded.

Job Duties & Accountabilities:

  • Map the market and provide market intelligence.
  • Execute Agfa Radiology Solutions sales strategies
  • Achieve revenue and profitability goals of Agfa
  • Implement and drive CR & DR sales strategies
  • Grow/maintain existing customers while driving new business with non-Agfa accounts, which include, but not limited to, hospitals, government facilities, corporatized groups and independent healthcare groups.
  • With the services group, responsible for customer satisfaction and identifying/employing Agfa resources to quickly resolve customer concerns.
  • Execute solutions to migrate customers from analog to digital; identify/engage resources at strategic times during the transition plan.
  • Drive/manage relationships within the industry, including, but not limited to, professional societies, government, partner vendors, OEMs etc.
  • Develop opportunities and sales initiatives to maximize revenues, profitability and market shares.
  • Ensure compliance with use and maintenance of SalesOne and other business tools
  • Participate in the ASEAN annual budgeting process and monthly reporting requirements

Profile description:

  • Strong knowledge of current industry technology and ability to stay abreast of developments.
  • Tertiary Qualification or 5-8 years industry experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of hospital and medical clinic environment.
  • Experience of Pre Sales Product Applications.
  • Ability to sell concepts and solutions in addition to products and services; must possess executive skills.
  • Continuous learning orientation; keeps abreast of new and emerging technologies and markets.
  • Innovative, creative, and resilient – willing to take calculated risks in order to succeed.
  • Ability to gain respect through leadership, credibility, reputation, and technical/business expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • Strong influential/persuasion skills.
  • Sales management skills to develop sales strategies.
  • Proactive, self-starter, action oriented, results oriented.
  • Ability to travel depending upon geographic, business and/or customer needs.
