Your responsibilities:

• Foster new business relationships and manage existing relationships with the region South Germany, Switzerland and Austria
• Recommend sales strategies for improvement, based on market research and competitor analysis
• Establish road map for business development
• Conduct budget reviews to ensure sales and marketing activities are on track
• Attend industry trade events along with networking opportunities and other relevant meetings
• Ensure a professional, CRM-supported sales process with effective customer visits
• Ensure interaction, collaboration between Sales and 9 relevant manufacturing sites
• Be an active part of our international sales team

What are we looking for?

• Commercial education or studies completed (minimum Bachelor)
• Relevant working experience in technical sales (preferably as sales representative with technical experience or at least good technical understanding)
• Experience in dealing with OEMs and converters
• High customer and service orientation with advisory expertise
• Specific expertise on market trends and customer requirements
• Good sense for market structures and flexibility
• Technical expertise or at least interest in products and customers of 3A Composites
• Knowledge from working with thermoformers, or companies, who sell machinery to thermoformers would be perfect
• Fluent business in German and English
• Open to travel 50-60%
