About the role:

You will play a key role in driving revenue by selling creative services across branding, web design, UI/UX, and digital production, while owning the full sales cycle from lead qualification and discovery to proposal and close. Working closely with designers and developers, you will scope projects, build and manage CRM pipelines, and create tailored proposals, pricing packages, and retainers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell creative services (branding, web design, UI/UX, digital production)

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead → discovery → proposal → close

  • Qualify inbound leads and execute outbound partnerships

  • Work closely with designers and developers to scope projects

  • Build and manage CRM pipelines

  • Create proposals, pricing packages, and retainers

  • Identify upsell and long-term collaboration opportunities

Requirements and Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in agency or creative services sales

  • Strong understanding of branding, web, or digital products

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Experience selling projects and retainers

  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)

  • Creative mindset with commercial discipline
