The Sales Manager for Service and Training is a pivotal leadership growth role responsible for

driving revenue growth, supporting market expansion, and leading account acquisition efforts for

the Noble IQ division. This manager will oversee a team be responsible for establishing a State &

Local sales strategy, as well asand execute targeted sales strategies focused on Noble’s

customized training programs (including HazMatIQ, BatteryIQ, and tactical response). This

includes as well as our post-procurement lifecycle sustainment, equipment repair, and technical

support services.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the military, federal, law enforcement,

and first responder markets, and brings a proven track record of selling first responder equipment

and complex service programs while successfully coaching and guiding a sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Strategy

 Implement and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue for Noble IQ’s new

SLED product sales to the State/Local Law Enforcement, Fire/EMS, and Critical

Infrastructure sectors and our existing service and training portfolios across assigned

regions and accounts.

 Guide the NOBLE sales team in identifying and capturing new market opportunities for

training and service within DoD and, Federal Agencies., State/Local Law Enforcement,

Fire/EMS, and Critical Infrastructure sectors.

 Drive initiatives to transition clients from single-transaction equipment purchases to

long-term, integrated lifecycle partners (Training + Sustainment via ReadiTrak).

Team Management & Development Business Development & Account Management

 Sell, manage, coach, and support as part of a team of sales professionals and

subject-matter-expert (SME) sales engineers.

 Understand how to Monitor your KPIs, conduct maintain a regular pipeline

reviews through SalesForce, and manage your individual forecasting metrics to ensure

the teamyou consistently meets or exceeds quarterly and annual revenue targets.

 Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning aligned

with Noble’s mission.

Business Development & Account Management

 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, program

managers, and procurement officers.

 Act as an escalation point and sponsor for key accounts, ensuring high customer

satisfaction and facilitating contract renewals.

 Partner with Noble’s broader product sales teams to collaborate on cross-selling and

up-selling Noble IQ services onto existing equipment and logistics contracts.

Market Intelligence & Collaboration

 Collaborate closely with the Noble IQ Training Managers and Technical Service

Directors to ensure sales offerings align with operational capabilities and course

catalog developments (e.g., Li-ION safety, First Responder Offensive, etc.).

 Gather and report actionable market feedback regarding emerging threats, competitor

positioning, and new training/service requirements.

 Represent Noble IQ at major industry conferences, trade shows (e.g., SHOT Show,

TREX), and networking events alongside the sales team.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

 Experience: 5–7+ years of progressive B2B/B2G sales experience, with at least 2–3

years in a sales management or team lead role.

 Industry Knowledge: Deep expertise in selling to the military, federal government,

and first responder (Fire/Police/EMS) markets. Familiarity with CBRNE, HazMat, or

tactical equipment/training is highly preferred.

 Service & Training Sales: Proven track record of selling intangible solutions,

including specialized training programs, SaaS (software tracking platforms),

maintenance contracts, or lifecycle sustainment services.

 Government Procurement: Strong understanding of government contracting

vehicles, grant funding (which often funds first responder training), and the federal

procurement cycle.

 Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable

while building a collaborative and results-driven environment.

 Communication: Excellent professional presentation skills, both written and verbal,

with the ability to articulate complex technical and tactical solutions simply.

 Travel: Ability to travel up to 40% to client sites, training venues, and industry events to

support the team and close business.
