Key Responsibilities:

1. 
   Manage customer accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
2. 
   Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
3. 
   Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up on orders.
4. 
   Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery.
5. 
   Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
6. 
   Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
7. 
   Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM/ERP systems.

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 
  3–5 years sales experience in manufacturing or industrial products.
• 
  Familiar with CRM or SAP/ERP systems.
• 
  Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• 
  Experience in semiconductor, stainless steel, or industrial products sales.
• 
  Technical sales or key account management experience.
