Job Category: Dealership ManagementRon Tonkin Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat, an automotive giant located off SE McLoughlin Blvd., is hiring a Sales Manager to join our sales department. We are an extremely large Jeep dealer in the Pacific Northwest. We recently renovated our entire dealership and there has never been a better time to join our team. Working as our Sales Manager, you would be spending most of your time in the CRM, following up on leads, and desking deals. The ideal candidate would have prior CJDR experience with a proven track record in automotive sales management.
Sales Manager Responsibilities
- Coach sales staff on best practices for improving performance, conducting effective follow-up, closing deals, and meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in all auto sales to increase retention and referrals to drive repeat car sales.
- Oversee all day-to-day activities within the automotive dealership with a focus on high employee and customer morale.
- Keep an accurate record of existing and prospective customers within the CRM platform to effectively guide sales processes.
- Efficiently desking deals for sales reps and promoting back end products.

QualificationsSales Manager

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Prior CJDR experience is strongly preferred.
- At least five years of experience working at a car dealership with one or more years as a sales department manager or other management position is preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Have a strong working knowledge of the automotive industry.
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

The Gee Automotive Companies began in 1983 when George Gee opened a Pontiac dealership in Spokane, Washington, which quickly became the largest in the state. In 1991, the company added GMC to its offerings, and in 2000, it relocated to new facilities in Liberty Lake, WA.

Additionally, it manages a parts wholesale business, an automotive retail financing arm, an automotive wholesale operation, an off-site sale company, and two Allstate insurance agencies, employing over 2,500 team members focused on exceptional customer service across the Northwest.
