Join Our High-Performing Sales Team!

We are looking for a Sales Manager to work with Romania and Bulgaria market and strengthen our ambitious sales team. You will work with the leading telematics solutions in the world and master your B2B sales skills.

Teltonika’s telematics business unitdevelops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

Teltonika provides an opportunity for every ambitious sales representative to improve their sales skills, develop comprehensive knowledge of products, and generate considerable earnings.


In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to market research, including identify market potential and find opportunities for growth.
  • Work with B2B clients from European countries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through daily contact by cold calling, making presentations.
  • Prepare commercial offers and ensure contracts to achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika and its products with solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.
  • Leverage CRM systems to process client information.

What we expect of you:

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales and a proven successful record of results that you are proud of.
  • Understanding and interest in technology products and the IoT sector.
  • Experience in export/international markets is a big advantage.
  • Proven experience with cold calling and customer prospecting.
  • Organized and results-oriented approach, a challenge-driven personality.
  • Ambition to generate strong earnings by conquering foreign markets with an innovative product from Lithuania.
  • Willing to travel abroad.
  • Familiar with CRM or data-driven tools.
  • Excellent (C+ level) English and Russian (B2+ level) language skills as this will be your primary working languages; other languages (French, Italian, Polish, German, etc. used in the European Union) would be an advantage.

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary matching your skillset and field expertise. The salary for this position is 13 EUR/h up to 18 EUR/h pre-tax (~2150 - 3000 EUR) pre-tax + attractive bonus package (including monthly bonuses) based on your results and sales growth.

*In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
