Your Mission
You drive sales growth across Romandie by building and strengthening relationships with key gastronomic partners and strategic customers.
You lead customer meetings, product tastings, negotiations, and sales visits while showcasing the Planted brand and product portfolio.
You identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships to increase in- and out-of-store sales.
You create long-term win-win partnerships through smart sales strategies and outstanding plant-based food experiences for end consumers.
You manage customer consultations, complaints, merchandising activities, and daily follow-ups in a professional and solution-oriented way.
You maintain accurate CRM documentation and continuously monitor sales activities and market developments in your region.
You
Hold a degree or professional training in gastronomy, hospitality, business administration, or a related field.
Bring 2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally within food service, gastronomy, or FMCG.
Communicate and negotiate confidently with different stakeholders and build strong customer relationships naturally.
Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while bringing a structured, resilient, and customer-oriented approach with an open and outgoing personality.
Use excellent presentation, communication, MS Office, and AI skills to drive impactful customer interactions and significantly increase personal productivity.
Share a genuine passion for plant-based food and sustainable eating experiences.
Possess a valid driver’s license and are willing to travel regularly across Romandie.
Speak French at native level and communicate fluently in English.

A growing population along with increasing life expectancy and incomes are major drivers for the rise in global meat demand. However, the current scale of the animal meat industry is beyond unsustainable. Planted wants to change that. The Zurich-based FoodTech spin-off from the Swiss Technical Institute of Technology (ETH) was founded in 2019 and was quick to build intellectual property around their technological approach, currently holding several patents. Planted is a certified B Corporation.
Planted’s principal meat production is in a glass-house production facility in Kemptthal (Zurich) Switzerland - the first transparent meat production open to the public.
Planted meats are available in over 6100 restaurants and more than 8700 retail outlets across Switzerland, Germany, Austria, France, Italy, UK and BeNeLux as well as over its own Europewide webshop. The Planted meat ranges, each consisting of different protein sources, currently include planted.chicken, planted.pulled, planted.kebab, planted.duck, planted.schnitzel, planted.bratwurst, planted.slices Lyoner and planted.steak. In addition, there are various limited editions in close collaboration with star chefs such as Tim Raue, Damien Germanier, Haya Molcho or Sebastian Copien.
