About us

Your Contribution

  • Achieve planned KPIs (sales, new opportunities) via sufficient order income
  • Elaborate Sales plans, forecasting and performance reports
  • Plan, direct and coordinate customer strategies and activities
  • Manage Key Accounts (local OEMs)
  • Setup and execute regular customer visitation schedules and visits in CRM
  • Generate inquiries from customers and related quotations with support of Customer Service and other internal entities
  • Authorize quotations and pricing; perform reviews, negotiations, and contracting with customers
  • Handle customer complaints with the support of Inside Sales and Quality department
  • Assist A/R with overdue management
  • Document customer knowledge in CRM
  • Foster new growth opportunities with new customers, products, applications and projects
  • Drive competitive intelligence and reports to Market Intelligence team
  • Establish sound market and application knowledge
  • Continously improve the overall customer satisfaction along the customer journey
  • Ensure teamwork and alignment of goals and objectives
  • Follow Company policies and protocols, while adhering to all safety guidelines
  • Follow Company Code of Conduct, Core Values and applicable laws and regulations
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and conferences, when applicable
  • Attend both internal and external trainings

Your Profile

  • Masters Degree in Engineering, Science or Business Administration, required
  • Minimum 5 years in Key Account Management, required
  • Technical Sales/Marketing or Product Management of high engineesring content materials and components in an industrial Business-to-Business (B2B) environment, strongly preferred
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry and/or quartz glass material sales, strongly desired
  • Ability to read, write and speak English; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office knowledge
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast growing industry
  • Growth and results driven mindset
  • Personable with excellent people management and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a global, matrix organization
