Job Description

• We are looking for a Sales Manager - Pumps to join the Flow Therm - Dubai team at Leminar Air Conditioning Co. LLC. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and 8-10 years of sales experience in chilled water and plumbing applications, and will manage the sales team and overall sales performance.

• Formulate strategies to enhance market presence and grow market share.
• Prepare the sales budget for the financial year and manage actual performance against the budget.
• Lead the sales team to succeed by providing direction, coaching and guidance.
• Handle relationships with multiple suppliers.
• Present sales strategies and performance updates to key stakeholders.
• Manage the entire sales function for the pumps team.

• 8-10 years of experience in sales, specifically in chilled water and plumbing applications.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
• Capable of preparing clear, concise, and compelling presentations.
• Proficient in budgeting and forecasting.
