About the role

As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Production Print business in NSW. This is more than a management role—it’s an opportunity to influence strategy, inspire a high-performing team, and make a real impact on market growth.


Key responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a talented team to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Drive growth by building strategies that unlock new markets and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate and innovate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Own the results—from pipeline activity to revenue, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

Requirements

  • A proven sales leader with a track record of smashing targets.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to networking.
  • Exceptional people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Print Management, Document Workflow & Automation, and Enterprise Content Management solutions is highly regarded.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
