Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts
  • Market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
  • Work with production team to develop products as customers requirements
  • Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage sales teams to meet sales objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports

Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in the flexible plastic packaging industry
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
