Job Description

As a Sales Manager for Personal Loans, you will play a crucial role in driving the bank's personal loan business. Your primary focus will be on leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.   • Lead and manage a team of personal loan sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive personal loan business growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
  • Train and mentor sales team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with the bank's overall goals and objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Motivate and inspire the sales team, creating a positive and productive work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of personal loan products, banking regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish connections with key stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
