Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and expanding our personal loan business. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, and building strong relationships with clients.   • Mentor and train team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with a successful track record in personal loan sales.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using sales management tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
